My Summer Collage.

My friend Ingrid came from Scotland. We had a great time together.We went to Ferrol, Cedeira and San Andrés de Teixido.


I took care of the garden. I planted some beautiful blue flowers around the trees. Now I´ve got  an amazing garden.


I cooked wonderful meals for my friends. Ingrid´s favourite dish is octopus.


I went to the Medieval Festival in Ferrol and I  got a hand tattoo!!


I read lots of interesting books .My favourite  novel was The Winter of Frankie Machine.  I watched a lot of tv series on my computer too.

I spent most of the summer with my family and friends. My friend Ingrid came from Scotland to spend a couple of weeks with us.
We visited San Andrés de Teixido and several beaches in Cedeira. We bought some bread and a jar of honey in San Andrés.
We ate lots of good things. Ingrid´s favourite dish was octopus.
We didn´t go to the cinema because the weather was great.
The best thing that happened to me was when my husband bought me an amazing flower bouquet for our wedding anniversary and the worst was when my friend left for Scotland.
I read a lot of books but I didn´t write any essays this summer!

My Summer Collage

Make a My Summer collage and describe it.
Divide a page in half . Partners should work on their own collage on each side.
Present the collage to the class by comparing the two summers.

Material for the Collage Project

The first step to making collage is to collect materials.You have to bring the ones in red. You can choose TWO  from the green ones and ONE from the blue ones.

Poster board or cardboard for the base.

Scissors.
Magazines. 
Travel guides, brochures, fliers, catalogs, maps and newspapers.
Glue.
Photographs. 
Postcards, greeting cards, stamps, postmarks, envelopes, old maps.
Tissue paper

Optional Items:
Pieces of fabric, lace, ribbon, buttons, sequins or other sewing scraps.
Stickers
Tickets, receipts, matchbook covers, menus, sheet music, labels, any paper mementos.
Silk flowers can be taken apart and added.
Dried flowers, leaves, shells or other small natural items can be added if you wish.
